Thermo-Trol Systems Inc. is seeking a motivated individual to join our HVAC/DDC Service team as full-time DDC Service Technician in Hampton Roads, VA. The DDC service Technician will install and inspect Commercial DDC systems for Thermo-Trol Systems' customers and clients.

Perform necessary point-to-point check-out, commissioning, diagnostic, and maintenance procedures on building automation systems, front-end workstations, servers, electric and pneumatic controls.

â Troubleshoot and repair building automation system panels, including communications equipment, printed circuit boards, power supplies, electrical/electronic controls, sensors, and transducers.

Perform routine preventative maintenance.

• Respond to emergency maintenance requests.

Develop and maintain a cooperative working relationship with members of the company, clients, sub-contractors, and other contacts.

5 - 10+ years' experience in building controls and automation systems

Working knowledge of BACnet control systems

Ability to handle physical workload.

Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.
